David Clark made his own halftime transition after the highly successful company in which he was a stakeholder and a key part of the leadership team was purchased by a multi-national company.
David has much experience at board level, in numerous corporate and not for profit entities and also in coaching business owners. This has helped David form the view that identifying and playing to an individuals area of strength and to be clear about their motivators is a key factor in producing outstanding results. Also, the importance of firstly understanding who they themselves are and how others see them must be thoroughly addressed, before developing a plan for their second half.
David uses the 2S Innervision DNA tool to help facilitate this. It provides excellent scientifically backed objective feedback to the client and vital information for the Halftimers and their coach. It is particularly helpful in ensuring relationships are handled well through this change process.
David is passionate about coaching Halftimers to discover what their life might look like if they followed their true calling and developed their God given potential.
David is an excellent and a fun facilitator, a great encourager to help people make their second half better than their first. David is actively involved in his local community and Church and loves helping people find meaning and purpose for their lives.
David lives in Launceston Tasmania with his wife Janene and their two children. David is a keen sports fan who enjoys all sports. He and his family will be found at the beach at every opportunity.
