GREAT LEAP FAQs

Who is suitable to participate in Great Leap?

Leaders and influencers, business executives and successful marketplace professionals ready to explore significance in a group of like-minded achievers.

What does the program entail?

Halftime creates the time, space and guidance to grasp for yourself how you have been uniquely wired and gifted and shaped to serve others. Drawing on Halftime concepts, key influencers, and decades of study and best practices, the intensive will facilitate the designing of a personal plan for additional spiritual growth, a life mission statement and a clear action plan.

At the end of the program what will I walk away with?

You will leave the intensive with tools to help clarify your dreams, plan to make them a reality and begin the journey into the best season of your life.

How many participants will be part of the program?

In order to provide a individualised and comfortable environment, we limit the program to have no more than 15 people.

Is there anything that I should do in preparation for the intensive?

In preparation for Great Leap, we encourage delegates to read the book, Halftime (Bob Buford) and complete a StrengthsFinder assessment (StrengthsFinder – Tom Rath). Halftime Australia will supply participants with these resources once the deposit has been paid.

What is the format of this program?

Great Leap will combine upfront teaching and facilitation by Halftime accredited coaches, group interaction and active personal engagement. The program also includes a 60-minute Skype coaching session one month after the event.

Should I be concerned about confidentiality?

For the protection of individuals, delegates are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and maintain a high level of confidentiality with all information and conversations shared.
