GREAT LEAP FAQs
Who is suitable to participate in Great Leap?
This program is for leaders, influencers, business executives and successful marketplace professionals who, with a group of like-minded achievers, are ready to explore the meaning of living a significant life.
What does the program entail?
Halftime creates the space and provides the guidance to help you understand how you have been uniquely wired, gifted and shaped to serve others. The design of this program draws on the Halftime concepts, key influencers and decades of study and best practice. We will facilitate the design of a life mission statement, a personal plan for additional spiritual growth and a clear action plan.
At the end of the program what will I walk away with?
You will leave the intensive with tools to help clarify your dreams and plans and make them a reality. You will have begun the journey into a new and exciting season of your life.
How many participants will be part of the program?
To provide a more individualised and comfortable environment, there will be no more than 15 people participants.
Is there anything I should do in preparation for the intensive?
In preparation for Great Leap, we encourage delegates to read the book, Halftime (Bob Buford) and complete a CliftonStrengths assessment (StrengthsFinder – Tom Rath). Halftime Australia will supply participants with these resources once the deposit has been paid.
What is the format of this program?
Great Leap combines teaching and facilitation by accredited Halftime coaches along with group interaction and fast-paced, active participation. The program also includes a 60-minute Skype coaching session one month after the event.
Should I be concerned about confidentiality?
For the protection of all participants, all delegates are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and maintain a high level of confidentiality with all information and conversations shared.
