Paul Bartlett – Executive Coach

Paul Bartlett is a motivational leader who is passionate about people living lives of purpose and significance.

After reading Bob Buford’s book Halftime, Paul traveled to the USA to go through the Halftime Institute. He also completed the 12-month Halftime Executive Roundtable in Sydney so that he could start taking his clients through the Halftime life transformation process.

Paul loves coaching business leaders and professionals in the broader community and is an internationally sought-after speaker, author and pastor, who helps churches to engage their communities. He is leading a movement called Thanks God It’s Monday (#TGIM) which is also the title of his first book which encourages people to live every day with purpose wherever they may find themselves. He is the CEO of Lighthouse, a faith-based social enterprise that is changing the way people think about their role in the community. He is also the President of Cedars Christian College, a school of over 600 students.

Paul is also very passionate about his volunteer role as Chaplain to the Illawarra Hawks a National Basketball League (NBL) team, a role he has done for over 10 years. In addition he’s the national and NSW state leader of community engagement for Australian Christian Churches (ACC). Nationally his role focuses on equipping 1,100 churches and leaders to think and act differently about community development.

Paul and his wife Annette live by the coast in Wollongong NSW, have been married for 28 years and have three children, Jordan (24), Caleb (22) and Sophie (15).
